The KTNA

The KTNA​ are genre-splicing twin sisters with boundless energy and unfiltered optimism. Made in Kenya, raised in Manchester, and now residing in London, ​Hope​ and ​Millie Katana​ weave their otherworldly-soul with experience to create an opulent musical tapestry that reveals new intricacies with every listen.

As a group the sisters have always spoke quite open and honest and about female equality in the music. And will use there experience to try and change the narrative when it comes to roles of different genders in the music industry. As they have almost 10 years in the industry (despite being only 24).

Currently the group are putting the finishing touches on there 2 new EP’s due out next year. Although they are still riding off the success of last years release ‘Life Under Siege’ which earned great notoriety with singles like ‘Hope’ and MBD (Mental breakdown) still featuring on popular playlists for likes of Jorja Smith and Lisa Viscari.

Musically the girls like to combine live acoustic sounds with hard hitting and experience led vocals. With the girls speaking quite open and candidly about there personal battles with mental health. Something that is addressed quite prevalent in there music.
