Toni McVey

Toni is a session drummer from Glasgow living in Edinburgh. Since graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a 1st class BA (Hons)degree in Popular Music, Toni has accomplished a wide range of gigs and live sessions including BBC Sound of 2020 poll at Maida Vale in London. Also other BBC sessions such as BBC Introducing with Vic Galloway and the BBC Janice Forsyth show. As well as featuring on STV live at 5.

Toni’s current gig is with  BBC Sound Poll 2020 artist ‘Joesef’. Over the past few years Toni has also played with ‘LILURA’, ‘Emme Woods’, Scarlett Randle and ‘Melissa Kelly & The Smokin’ Crows’.

​Toni is the house drummer for resident band  ‘Future Heroes’ a 5 Jazz-funk band at The Jazz Bar, Edinburgh.
