Maarya

Maarya is a Scottish/Scandinavian artist who grew up in Aberdeen playing around the city’s pubs and bars. She has since moved around different cities in the uk and played at venues such as Manchester’s Matt and Phreds and Glasgow’s King Tuts Wah-Wah Hut. Her vocal styles comparable to the likes of Lianne Lahavas, Amy Winehouse and Lauryn Hill, but with some added jazz styling provided by her band of other Aberdeen musicians. She recently released her single ‘Stick Like Glue’, and will be releasing her next single ‘From The Start’ in the coming months.
