Nina Sundstrom

Raised as a product of humble Scandinavian heritage and English charm, Nina Sundstrom is a songwriter with strong roots and blossoming capabilities. Growing up as a classically trained singer while being exposed to folk and blues artists like Joni Mitchell & Creedence Clearwater Revival at home contributed to the development of her already instinctive ear regarding harmony and melody. She recently was awarded the winner of the Strive award by The Songwriters Circle in association with The Roundhouse Camden, impressing the judges with her ability to write thematically focused yet original lyrics intertwined with strong and memorable melodies. With recent collaborators including Benjamin Francis Leftwich (Dirty Hit), Nathan Nicholson (Ultra Music, ATC), Danny O’Donoghue (The Script), Riva Taylor (Tank management) and Sharon Rose (Hamilton on the West End), Nina is on the path to becoming a renowned songwriter with the ability to consistently create songs filled with character and sincerity.
