Rosie is a professional choral conductor, opera conductor and vocal coach. In 2016 she graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with an MA in Choral Conducting, where she received a scholarship from the Worshipful Company of Musicians.

In 2021, Rosie was the Conductor for Gothic Opera’s UK premiere of Gounod’s La Nonne Sanglante.

As Musical Director of Cardiff University Operatic Society, Rosie conducted their production of Bizet’s Carmen, as part of the Carmen Abroad project, as well as their production of Handel’s Acis and Galatea. Prior to this, she was Assistant Musical Director for Opera’r Ddraig’s production of Strauss’s Die Fledermaus and worked on Welsh National Youth Opera’s production of Kommilitonen! by Peter Maxwell Davies.

In 2019 she took part in the RPS Women Conductor’s Conducting for Opera course at the National Opera Studio and Royal Opera House.

Rosie is the Musical Director of Rainbow Voices LGBT+ Choir in Birmingham and Festival Chorus in South West London.
