Astrid Brook

Astrid Brook is a Liberating Folk Music singer-songwriter based in London UK, and she has been performing as a solo musician for over 20 years.

Astrid has independently released three albums: Wild River (2008); Full Circle (2011); and Liberation (2019).

Liberation is an album of Liberating Folk Music songs which have been composed to gently lift your spirit.  The songs are inspired by Buddhist quotes through which Astrid shares parts of her personal story, and also reflects on our wider shared experience.  The album has been created to support you in your own journey of inner liberation.

Through her music, Astrid also supports two children’s charities:  Music4Children and the Country Music Foundation of Sri Lanka.
