Jemerine Chan

Jemerine Chan is a Malaysian-born, London-based emerging multi-genre singer-songwriter and music producer. She graduated with First-Class Honours in Electronic Music Production from BIMM London in 2024.

That same year, her empowering single Black Rose earned a Silver Medal in the Music Demo category at the Global Asian Creative Awards and made its live debut at the British Kebab Awards, performing to a 1,000 strong audience.

Since then, Jemerine has performed at notable venues and festivals including ESEA Music Festival 2025, O2 Islington, The Ned, and Chesham Fringe Festival. Her tracks Never Ever Die and Adrenaline Rush have received radio support from Hits FM and BBC Introducing, marking her as a rising voice within the UK’s independent music scene.

From the age of 7 she had already begun singing and playing the piano. She fell in love with music composition and began writing piano pieces during primary school. Her music was much inspired by artists from the likes of @Lady Gaga, @Billie Eilish, @BlackPink, and @Ariana Grande.

Jem views the sentimental element of music being captivating as it functions as a prime medium of conveying emotion and storytelling in a unique way. Aspiring to spread positivity through the power of music, Jem believes to bring the world together by combining various cultures and at the same time share her ideology through music.
