I sing, write songs and compose for screen media. Music placements include global film & TV networks and BBC/ITV in the UK.  My new album Outcast – Songs of Rebellion was released in March 2025 by Universal Production Music and available to stream on all platforms.  I am presently working on a live multimedia show which will be performed at The Lapworth Museum of Geology, Birmingham, in Autumn 2025.

As a researcher I have a special interest in how misogyny and objectification oppress creative aspects of the female experience. Creating Outcast – Songs of Rebellion for UPM provided the practical framework for my research concept titled Creative Practice Through A Feminist Lens, which I am currently developing for my PhD thesis

As a music mentor I create and run Invisible Women – a series of music writing & performance workshops designed to nurture and platform the creative voices of women who resonate with its core theme of feeling unheard and/or unseen. Workshops are suitable for a range of environments from grassroots community to corporate team-bonding sessions. I work as an academic mentor for students studying MA in Popular Music Practice in Birmingham, alongside guest lecturing in artistic identity, practice research and women in contemporary popular music industry.
