Kat Pegler

Kat Pegler is a UK musician, composer, and interdisciplinary artist whose work blends sound, storytelling, and environmental research. Her composing spans electronic music, new folk songs, and contemporary ballad singing, brought together through a practice grounded in spatial audio and experimental composition. She composes for film, XR and interdisciplinary arts performances.

Her recent projects explore flow state and neurodivergence in music, using her ADHD-informed perspective to examine how different cognitive patterns shape creative expression. Kat’s sound worlds often give voice to unexpected narrators; from Thames stones to hydrogen atoms-  creating immersive experiences that expand how audiences connect with climate, place, and the living world.
