She is co-founding member of 2 self-produced, alt/indie bands, Sunflower Thieves and Rail Replacement Bus Service.
Lily is the main producer for these bands and has been building up her portfolio, producing, engineering and mixing for other artists, over the past 5 years and also, regularly writes, produces and performs on production music for Universal, Warner, BMG and more.
Sunflower Thieves have received national radio play [6Music, Radio 1, Radio 2, Radio X], alongside heavy support from BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire and the East Midlands, and have supported the likes of The Staves, Samantha Crain, Folk Bitch Trio, Flyte, Dan Croll, Say She She, Get Cape.Wear Cape.Fly, Haley Blais and Lewis Watson.
Rail Replacement Bus Service is a songwriting collective, releasing a new song every month since October 2024 and is receiving plaudits from 6Music and BBC Introducing.
Up until 2025, Lily project managed an Arts Council funded programme, with Come Play With Me CIC, called Come Platform Me. The programme ran for 4 years and supported people from marginalised backgrounds to get into sound engineering and event promotion. This project has since been awarded the funding again and will be re-opening its doors in March 2026 for marginalised communities to learn studio engineering at Our House Studios. In the interim, Lily was able to open the studio and also take what she’d learned from running the course into university lecturing. She teaches The Fundamentals of Live Production module at new music uni, ICMP Leeds.
Our House Studios is a safe, inclusive, exciting place for people, songs and community. The space is made up of three rooms, a large live room, control room and a cosy writing room. Lily and co-founder Laura, offer their expertise in recording, producing, mixing, mastering and co-writing, alongside the space also being used for live videos, photography, rehearsing and more.
