Remi Harris

Remi Harris MBE is founder of Remi Harris Consulting which provides consultancy, training and coaching within the music and entertainment industries. She runs the Music Leaders Network, a leadership development programme for women and non-binary people in music.

She is a former General Manager at Association of Independent Music and Director of Operations at UK Music. She chaired influential diversity group the Alliance for Diversity in Music and Media from 2007-2012 and co-founded the Young Guns Network in 2013.

In 2014 she started Remi Harris Consulting training, advising and coaching creative businesses and people. Clients include The Barbican Centre, The Musicians Union, PRS Foundation (Keychange, Power Up), Help Musicians UK (Do It Differently).

Remi was inducted into the Music Week Women In Music Roll of Honour in 2019.
