Shannon Connolly

Shannon is a South African born singer-songwriter whose original material blends blues, folk and country sounds ripe with thoughtful reflections on modern life and the human condition.

​​Known for her distinctive, warm voice, Shannon has been a performer for over 25 years playing at some of South Africa’s most well-loved music venues and festivals.

​​In 2018, Shannon moved to the UK and enjoyed busking & performing across London & beyond. A move to Cornwall in 2022 gave her some space to regroup and write some fresh material.

Her current focus is playing intimate folk-friendly venues and festivals where audiences can get the most out of her storytelling.
