Katrine Aziz is a UK based film and concert composer, with a master’s degree in composition from London College of Music.

Originally training as a classical pianist, Katrine specialises in hybrid scores which blur the boundary between contemporary classical and electronic sound art. With a strong background in classical orchestration, Katrine is a confident composer who has worked on films selected for exhibit at various film festivals, including Pompeywood Film Festival (2025), The Chain NYC (2025) and London Experimental Film Festival (2024).

Recent concert work includes ‘The Place Beyond the Bridge’, commissioned by Redland Wind Band, Bristol, as part of Making Music’s Adopt a Music Creator project (2025). The piece was premiered in Bristol on the 11th of October, 2025 and will be recorded in January 2026, with the support of the PRS Foundation and The Philip and Dorothy Green Music Trust.

Katrine’s work for solo violin, ‘Ammit, Eater of the Dead’, was released by London Noise Records in 2023.
