I am a non-binary, independent music manager and mentor for queer artists. Despite being 36 years old, my journey in the music industry began quite a while ago, allowing me to gain experience in various roles, such as working for PR agencies, booking agencies, promoters, and live production teams.

I believe the music ecosystem should encompass much more than isolated conversations or statistics about diversity. It should not just be about percentages but about creating an environment where diversity—across all dimensions—is seen as a strength. This includes women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and disabled communities, all of whom continue to face significant barriers to genuine representation and support.

Throughout my career, I’ve achieved several milestones that reflect these values. For example, I’ve successfully led marketing campaigns, building collaborative relationships with artists where both parties benefit. Release campaigns became tools to not only reach the right audience but also to connect with communities that share the same values.

In live appearances, I have supported artists during moments of high pressure, helping them feel prepared and focused by setting realistic goals, creating structured schedules, and emphasizing their connection with fans. However, the most important milestones for the artists I work with have been fostering an environment where they feel safe and understood—whether from a mental health perspective or regarding their gender and sexuality.
